No parking in the area is a big negative, spacious good flat. Transport is good and bus stop is right outside us. Terrace is good too for my use sometimes. The design is good, modern looking and new too

The finish of the apartment is really good but is a nice size apartment The construction was bad with bad comenius and they was shouting at people The Derbyshire is hard to get to the house Bad plumbing

The house is very Space and modern Concierge are good with keeping us up to date with thing like the the delivery service The plumiming is not hate good The area has amazing transport from train and bus, trading to other areas is overall good

I like accessibility of the place as can get to greenwich and Canary Wharf very quickly and easily. However I don't like the fact that there us only one bus stop on my road outside. Close to Tesco too.

The apartment is modern and splend Concierge is good help with everything like delivery and if we have any problems Transport is good in teams of the busses not to should about the trains There need to be more shop in the area
