The design of the flat i am in is not the greatest. Odd smell from the hallways especially in the summer. Flat maintenance is satisfactory. Neighbours are friendly and so far no problems with any of them. Issues with the refuse room when I first moved in.

Area is quiet which is good. Do live next to a pub which occasionally can be noise but not so often.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t raised any issues so far, so cannot answer fairly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The smell in the hallway during summer.
