We’ve just moved in 1 day ago and Katie has been very helpful and responsive in coordinating the various aspects of our move, from getting the room ready to the storage of our luggage. The rest of the staff are friendly and welcoming and it’s been a highly positive experience so far!

Modern Living in the Heart of Watford – Highly Recommended.

Review Date Sep 2024

Vibrant area, great shops, diverse food scene, safe environment, excellent transport links, beautiful park nearby.

Please review your development:

The place looks great, modern and stylish, and my apartment is perfect for me – good size, lots of light, and feels high-quality. Most importantly the staff are always on top of things. It’s so convenient being close to everything – shops, restaurants, the train station.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving into the Quarters Watford is how sound can travel between apartments. While the building itself is well-constructed, I’ve noticed that I can sometimes hear my neighbors, especially if they’re being particularly loud. It’s not a major issue, but it’s something to be mindful of, especially if you’re sensitive to noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Katie, Jamie, and Agnes – true gems! Their dedication and support shine. They address problems promptly and professionally, ensuring a comfortable living experience.

The good aspects to live here are the apartment very near to Morrison, the facilities so user- friendly.
But the bad aspects is the bin-collection and the trash tunnel still not available to use since moved in.

Please review your development:

The property was so comfortable, lovely environment built around. The location also convenient no matter to Morrison or to the town centre. the property management team were so helpful since we moved in, from maintenance issue or daily service. The design is so modern.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just the trash tunnel was not functioning since moved in, all others are so good to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Staff solved the problem so quickly, and very helpful to tenant.
