15 minutes walk to town which has lots of places for coffee and food, independent shops.bus stops close to the estate.No through traffic only local. Regular bin collection.

Friendly area and if you have a dog they are welcome in lots of places

What is the best feature of your home:

Close to shops and country walks. House is very energy efficient. Nice quiet area.

15 minutes walk to town lovely independent shops and cafes. Bus stop a few minutes away which seem reliable . We live in a lovely little street, parking and bin collection fine. No anti social behaviour to report. Only local traffic comes past.

How friendly this part of Norfolk is and the lovely walks in the area. Very dog friendly area

What is the best feature of your home:

It’s a very well insulated house and it’s a peaceful .

Holt is a perfect location to live in. Wonderful shops, coffee shops, Byfords and Bakers and Larners! Excellent bus service. Stunning park within walking distance. Holt Garden Centre, beaches close by. Great neighbours. Large drive for parking and a garage.

Very cheap to run exceptionally warm. Lots of things to see and do locally.

What is the best feature of your home:

Well proportioned rooms. Well designed Kitchen and high standard of bathroom fittings.

Crown Meadow is let down by the lack of parking and inconsiderate parking, no shops and being over looked. We enjoy the green space around us and the design of the house.

I wished I knew about the lack of shops and the poor transport links to Norwich

Having a large siting room and four toilets, four double bedrooms and a ok size garden

Conveniently located on the edge of Fakenham, close to amenities. There’s no guest parking and there’s a wasted space at the start of the site. Also the charges for the management company are awful considering what they do

How much sun you receive in the garden/situation of the house

It is a peaceful site, and the home itself is a brilliant size.
