15 minutes walk to town which has lots of places for coffee and food, independent shops.bus stops close to the estate.No through traffic only local. Regular bin collection.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Friendly area and if you have a dog they are welcome in lots of places

What is the best feature of your home:

Close to shops and country walks. House is very energy efficient. Nice quiet area.

15 minutes walk to town lovely independent shops and cafes. Bus stop a few minutes away which seem reliable . We live in a lovely little street, parking and bin collection fine. No anti social behaviour to report. Only local traffic comes past.

How friendly this part of Norfolk is and the lovely walks in the area. Very dog friendly area

It’s a very well insulated house and it’s a peaceful .

Holt is a perfect location to live in. Wonderful shops, coffee shops, Byfords and Bakers and Larners! Excellent bus service. Stunning park within walking distance. Holt Garden Centre, beaches close by. Great neighbours. Large drive for parking and a garage.

Very cheap to run exceptionally warm. Lots of things to see and do locally.

What is the best feature of your home:

Well proportioned rooms. Well designed Kitchen and high standard of bathroom fittings.

Local area is fantastic. Lots of cafes, shops, eateries, pubs, Holt Country Park 5 mins walk away. Almost all places dog friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

With a new development, check where the construction site car park will be. We were not aware that we would have the site car park right outside our front door for 18+ months which was disruptive, especially the noise of heavy vehicles and the dust generated from the track which meant we couldn't open our windows (we have a bungalow).

What is the best feature of your home:

Bungalow has wide doorways for access and is red brick for ease of external maintenance. Large garage.
