Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is excellent, with great independant shops, restaurants, and pubs. The transport links are great, with tube, rail and bus all on the doorstop. Despite a bar being very close to the development, there are no noise issues.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It has often taken a long period of time to get someone to look at issues we have raised, but when they have been looked at they have been really good at fixing them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good: the transport links are exceptional, and the local shops and nightlife is really good. Bad: the noise from the railway can make the outdoor spaces less appealing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Right next to the tube station. Lots of amenities such as gym, shopping, high street. No parking around due to arsenal stadium. Can be noisy in the streets.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they have and they’ve been quite good although slow you have to follow up with them a lot.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is quite a lot of noise from the streets and no parking nearby.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice quite area, new shops and restaurants. However the property has largely gentrified the whole area leading local community to flee Finsbury Park as prices go up.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is always friendly and happy to help.

Gentrifying effect of property is something I don't like.

Many big brands around, including M&S exactly in the same building. The area is vibrant, full of restaurants, Finsbury Park just 3 mins away, and the station literally at the door step Being close to the station has pros and cons. One con being security

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve improved significantly since last year. They’ve done required changes and have been receptive with feedback

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lack of concierge at Carriage House!!!! We still pay it but we don’t have one in the building entrance.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, couldn’t be closer to the station. Local bars and cafes are always increasing in number. There is some antisocial behaviour and there is a lot of noise from the railway and traffic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they rewired our heating and attended quickly when we had a bathroom leak

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To check the wiring of the heating as many flats have had the same problem and it took us a long time to realise what was wrong with it.
