Good community. Good houses.

The 3 story houses aren't as big as they seem. Needs a lot of thought to plan furniture. Some rooms could have done with the door being in a different place. The door hinges are awful, always requiring adjusting. Really small shallow bath (overflow is only 5 or 6 inches from the bottom).

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A good community. Still awaiting a direct bus service. Anti social behaviour down at the carpark for country woodland park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No problems so not needed the building management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Awkward sized wall areas for furniture. We had to change some of our furniture we already owned. Would love to change the bath.

The fact that the estate has bought and housing association properties is good for bridging the gap between lower and higher income households in the area. the houses are a good design and there are a couple of variants. keepmoat seem good at the job

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good aspects are that a new community was created, the bad is more to do with youths in the area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most issues are usually sorted out promptly by places for people

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Get to know people in the area, use your imagination when viewing the showhomes don't always show you what kind of home you would like, just an example.

House design is good, most facilities are mid-range which begin breaking down within a couple of years, this includes showers and dishwashers. The Housing Association business Sanctuary have been very good at sorting out any problems with facilities and appliances such as heating and electricity problems.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops within walking distance such as Co-op and Heron. Every house has a drive, efficient bin collections and a minimum amount of traffic noise. Some anti-social behaviour from children and teenagers which has resulted in police being called but this is not a regular occurance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sanctuary have sent out electricians, plumbers and heating engineers whenever asked in a timely fashion. Never had a problem with them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I only wish we could have known how many families lived on the road as there are a lot of children around playing in the streets almost every day.

Estate layout is brilliant because each house has plenty of room instead of being boxed in like a lot of new builds. The use of interior space is brilliant, once all your furniture is in it feels like home . A place to set roots and look forward to the future in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shop is a few minutes walk away, plenty of fresh air from the nature reserve nearby. Perfect place for a forever home

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fixed immediately to a better standard than before

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Have a look at the area at different times of the day
