Great location, close to railway station and the city centre. Great little local bar a block away with a few other nightlife venues and some nice little cafés further along the road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Staff and management are always efficient and friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The site has a phone app which can act as an alternative to entry if I forget my keyfob, which happens to be a regular occurrence.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is close to station so it’s good for commuting to a different city. It’s not right next to high street or city centre so it’s not too noisy in evening.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The reception staff always quickly response to my questions and maintain staff is very good!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I found it a bit expensive before booking but I think with amenities and modern design of the apartment and space, it is worth the money.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to the Moor market, Waitrose and Light cinema. There is a small brook next to the building which is nice to walk the dog.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The on-site team is very responsive to my enquirers and questions from viewing to move in.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The electric bill could be a bit high in winter with electric heaters.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is plenty of shops variety in my area. Ranging from multiple stores options such as restaurants, convenient stores, grocery stores, pharmacies and many more. There are various bus stops near every development that is on average 5 mins walk or less. The train station is 10 mins walk and an average of 20 mins walk to university.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management team respond quite fast and make sure they solve each issue raised completely

I will make sure to get all the finances details confirmed from the first time to avoid any new increases in payment last minute

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is perfect it is the centre of Sheffield and close to everything. Easy location for shopping.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When we had our problem with water leaking under our carpet from the bathroom this was not taken seriously leading to us needing to move out to a new apartment. We contacted our property manager numerous times and each time she did no listen and gave us a hoover to clean the water up, ignoring the advice given from professionals that the damage was too extensive and the carpet needed replacing.

The apartments are lovely, the reception staff and brilliant and very helpful. The additional spaces are fun. Property management is poor so if you have troubles make sure these are taken seriously.
