Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I wouldn’t say it is the best area around but the development itself is clean and presentable. There is a lot of space for parking and there isn’t a lot of noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Pretty well, there have been a couple of instances of no responses but always ended up with a response in the end.

About the area, i moved from the south up north and didnt know much about where i was moving to

Bus stop is near by, no anti social or traffic noise, parking is great as all have drives. Gardens maintained. Sometime rubbish flying about from ally.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Have a online portal, quick and efficient at fixing any problems

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To be honest nothing I can really think of. Maybe expect delays if waiting on a new build.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The estate is lovely, well kept (they always have people cutting the grass). Lovely views of the town as it’s at the top of a hill. Plenty of parking. It is a bit frustrating when people do not use their driveways as the roads are narrow but not within managements control. Great selection of shops and food places in the area. Buses are good but quite a way from the train station, and also quite far out from town/ parks/ nice pubs.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every issue is dealt with quickly, and staff are very understanding.

It’s definitely worth it and good value for money.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location for shops, restaurants etc. Hasn’t been placed in the nicest of areas however. There is a lot of crime here and we constantly see police down our road. Bin collections ok, noise ok, parking good

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they have always responded in a timely manner and have sorted or at least investigated the issues I’ve raised

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known more about the location. When looking online with wise living they made it out to be a nice location (I moved from down south) the crime rate here is really bad and we constantly have police on our road for one reason or another. I think the majority of the problem has been the council side of the development.

Great area to live been in Thrybergh all my life wouldn't move anywhere else, just at risk of flooding

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Never answer phone, rings for 30+ mins amd they just hang up,

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No signal in area, flood grate on next doors so at rusk of flooding and no repair line gets amswered
