Close to local shops & town centre, ver good transport links with Wolverhampton station a 15min walk away, local petrol station 2min drive. Great bin service and very clean area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management are very helpful when it comes to responding to repairs around the property and communal areas

That the parking spaces would be allocated in different locations

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good local connections to transport such as frequent buses, trams & train station within 10 minute walk. Local to town - 10 minute walk. Car parking spaces are disappointing as for people in apartments parking is located outside other people’s properties.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Repairs can be a lengthy process for someone to attend and get sorted depending on the repair, often have to send pictures multiple times & chase a lot.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish we had known about the car parking availability/spaces for guests as this can be a struggle to park sometimes.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Our street is quet and we have nice neighbours but the wirral area is getting bad. The rents high and the area not the safest. In general i could give a 7 of 10 to live here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If the problem looks big they comes n repair in time. The boiler check and electricity safty ppl /company are not really care if you are home that day or not. I don't like anyone in the property if i'm not in.

Muddy garden in rainy days. The property rent goes so much high.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Such a convenient location to the train station for work, and city centre within walking distance Some antisocial behaviour with some neighbours and issues whilst living here but has been dealt with by the team amazingly

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had some issues with the washing machine door dropping and it was dealt with very quickly m

Nothing comes to mind, everything was clear and easy when moving in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Perfect spot, close to the city centre, but in a quiet area, 5mins walk to Aldi, 10mins walk to Asda

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Broken washing machine, response came within a couple of hours and the machine was fixed quickly

Everything was explained and showcased very clearly before moving in.
