Perfect place to live at

The design of the development is really nice not big not small just the perfect size. A very nice little park in the middle is very nice for the children. The building manager is very polite and deals with any questions you may have. Overall we are happy so far with the house and development.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We have been living in our home for 2 months now and absolutely love it! Local restaurants are open till midnight and very tasty. There is a very big open space at the back of the house and we go on daily walks with our kids to the woods and pond. Our street is very peaceful and as we have our own parking space there is no problem at all. As we are further in the development there is no traffic noise. We love it here and our kids play out on the street without hesitation. Citra has been very helpful with anything needed to be done very quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s very nice nothing bad maybe if there were more visitor parkings that will be better.

What is the best feature of your home:

We love the big garden our children are always out at the garden everyday. The three double big bedrooms upstairs is very useful

House is a brilliant size for the price and decorated well. Great facilities and a lovely sized garden especially if you have pets. Local park on the estate for children and a lovely walk for the dogs just over the road from the property. All staff have been fantastic, very responsive and can’t do enough to help.

In close proximity to all shops and open spaces. Lovely estate and very quiet. Drive is big enough for two cars which is great and there is parking available close for visitors.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No complaints at all about anything, seems like a lovely area to live.

What is the best feature of your home:

All rooms are very spacious, the back garden is a lovely size too.

The houses all look clean and tidy and well maintained

The development is very well designed and is spacious despite not being the largest of properties. The houses all look clean and tidy and well maintained. There are some minor imperfections as expected with new builds but nothing major to cause any discomfort.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The are is quiet but close enough to Barnsley that it isn't difficult to get there especially with several busses linking us to Barnsley, Doncaster and Rotherham. There is a local pub just down the road and a small shop within walking distance. All houses have drives but there are some houses with cars parked on the street. We have not experienced and issues with Antisclocial behaviour up to present.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how good the showering facilities were on new builds. There is great water pressure. The little details like blinds fitted and lights under the kitchen cabinets all make it a lovely home.

What is the best feature of your home:

The bathroom facilities make it a perfect family home. There is sufficient off street parking with integrated electric car charging point.

We feel like the house is so lovely and the facilities you get in the kitchen is amazing. The only flaw we feel is that the main bedroom with the en-suite is quite small. Therefore you can’t really fit a reasonably sized bed in there along we side tables without it getting in the way of the bathroom door. Therefore I feel like a lot of people are using one of the other bedrooms as the master which then doesn’t have the en-suite. The amount of storage you get however, is brilliant.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local shops around the area is good. The transport links are also good. Parking availability is good for each household. Traffic noise is there but that’s expected and isn’t horrible. We like the park that has been placed for the kids to enjoy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How lovely the neighbours are and the nice green/plant areas placed around the development.

What is the best feature of your home:

The location in terms of where local shops are, schools etc.

Design - It's great. Downstairs is a brilliant and good room. The bedroom and main bathroom could be a bit bigger as we struggled with putting beds and wardrobes in Facilities- Not much to comment on Building Management - Very helpful and reliable Property Management - Always get back to us as soon as possible, very professional and friendly

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The shops are close and easy to get to. Bars and restaurants are unwelcoming and not close. Open spaces are lovely. Transport is difficult, buses are far and few. Taxis struggle to find us as we aren't on Google Maps. Community is great. Parking availability is good however others on the street do make it hard to get past though we have our own spots. Bin collections can be difficult during to the cars on Pitt Street so they can't always get through. Anit-social behaviour there isn't any and traffic noise is rare.

It would've been good to know the neighbours more or a little more about the community.

What is the best feature of your home:

The quantity of bathrooms is really helpful especially with children and for disabled families members with having one downstairs.
