Was a smooth process for all the checks/ references etc great that we could move in before starting buying process Citra wonderful company keep you updated with everything , very considerate builders that are still on site , Mel is great meeting us for handover and she lives literally two minutes up road so helped us with what’s in area etc

As we have only just moved in from an entirely different area to date it all seems to be running smoothly all major supermarkets are within easy drive easy to get in and out of estate as light put up and straight onto a57 , bins delivered on time , plenty of walks in the local area and even a pond with ducks and swans , can’t wait to investigate further

We visited at different times of day and so far so good

What is the best feature of your home:

Love it all especially the en suite and a very decent size garden

My house is a great design, very well thought through. It is open plan with a cosy homely feel to it. I haven't really needed property management but the one occasion I did my issue was dealt with quickly and professionally. The Citra team is lovely and are very helpful.

The local area is lovely, with plenty of paths for walking I always feel safe in the area when out alone and also safe in my home.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was told a lot before I moved in as I asked the right questions so I got no surprises

What is the best feature of your home:

It's layout, I love it! The garden space is also fantastic, bug without being to big to manage.

All the people I have dealt with for the house have been amazing. The design is open plan which is very accommodating for us as a family especially with a very tiny baby. Very handy to have a toilet both upstairs and downstairs which are very accessible.

Really nice area, very good for walking with my partner and daughter in her pram. Nice distance to shops and pub

Very quite area and so lovely for going walking in the area

What is the best feature of your home:

I love how it is open plan downstairs as it feels a lot more homely and is a lot easier when having a newborn

The design of the house is great as there is a lot of space and the rooms are a lot bigger than normal new builds. The garden is a great size. We love the design of the kitchen and we enjoy socialising in there and cooking together , the open design is great.

Close to Celtic point meaning a shop isn’t too far and there are many bars close by, that are waking distance. Very quiet area and really peaceful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Citra have been really speeding getting back to us and providing support when we have a range of questions.

What is the best feature of your home:

We love the garden. It is a great space and we love to sit out there most evening. Really like the double doors leading out.

The house is very well built, design is lovely. Design was very well thought out, the garden is a good size, it’s open plan downstairs which makes the house feel bigger and cosier. The bedrooms are both very good sizes, the shower is very powerful and the built in wardrobes are good sizes

Parking very good, very quiet area, not far from shops and pub, close to a big field and the woods for a nice walk

Very lovely area, it’s very quiet and in a good place close to shops
