Perfect for dog owners due to good open spaces and not far from a good collection of shops and pubs, living here is great!

No loft space not a problem for us but is for some

The kitchen dining area is beautiful and spacious!

We love our Citra home, the development is lovely and quiet. As a dog owner we are spoilt for choice for walking and meeting other dog lovers. Parking is not an issue as all properties have plenty of private parking.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The whole process from start to finish was clearly laid out, we had all the information we needed to make our decision and everything went through quickly so we could concentrate on packing and moving in.

What is the best feature of your home:

Lovely kitchen diner overlooking our beautiful back garden

Good commuting distance to local amenities: church, playground, school, shops, leisure centre, railway etc

I wish I knew about the buying route a few years ago to get on the property ladder sooner.

What is the best feature of your home:

Garden is spacious and garage which is very useful.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, easy transport links. There are a lot of good shops which offer a wide range of choices. Parking on my road is ok for now as there are only a few residents. The roads at the end of the streets are usually fully of cars parked up and off the curbs which can make it hard to get around when other vehicles also on the road or when it’s vans/trucks.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To of been told that the kitchen would not of had built in fridge freezer/dishwasher as that was aspect about the house that I really liked about the house and was happy thinking that It was going to come with it. We were also told the plot we originally wanted wasn’t available so we chose the plot next door, however upon moving it no one had moved into the plot we originally wanted. I think we may of had some miscommunication from viewing.

What is the best feature of your home:

My favourite feature of the house is the big windows at the back and the sky light windows upstairs.

Gateford has an amazing array of small businesses and larger supermarkets. Everything you could possibly need with in 15 minutes of you're house. Aswell as stunning countryside right on you're doorstep.

I wish i had known how easy the process was and how kind and helpful the staff are.

What is the best feature of your home:

The open plan design of the whole house which gives it a lighter and spacious feeling.
