The Pullman green area gives me the perfect accessibility to the train station and also close proximity to the city center.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been responsive so far, and any issues that needs clarity has been explained well

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing of note to point, the moving has been seamless

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A lovely property, although the immediate environment isn’t the best in terms of proper waste management. Great location aswell, as it’s proximal to basic amenities such as shops of all kinds.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t exactly had any urgent issues raised but the agency has been generally informative and responsive

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The type of environment, as Ive observed some level of loitering which makes me feel a bit paranoid when taking a walk. Also the size of the storage space which I find quite small

Its very good and a great community that seems lovely although haven't spoken yo everyone but the outside of the development isn't a good area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It was very fast just abit long but understandable

We expected a viewing before moving into the property

The houses are stunning a great value for money you get a beautiful new house with added fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine which is so good, parking spaces and they even keep all the front of your house landscaped it’s amazing. I can not fault the properties at all. Walking walking distance to town centre and train station. The only think that is not great is the anti social behaviour from the estate that leads onto Pullman Green. You get a lot of ppl who do not leave on here just hanging around on the little park smoking drinking playing load music just to point out these teenagers are not from Pullman Green they are from the adjacent estate we have had a lot of trouble as we live across from the little park area where they all congregate. We have reported this serval times to the police nothing gets done

Yes the same day really great came fixed the toilet

The adjacent area is not great at all. But Pullman Green is a beautiful housing estate

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Horrendous crime rates, late noise at night. Poor condition of roads. Lack of interest in empty properties.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Initially very good but now it’s hard to get work completed and the response rate is very slow, we often have to chase

Crime rate and amount of properties given to social housing attracting high crime rates
