I like the design of my house, and the quality of the appliances and fittings. I'm not sure what facilities there are, apart from the play area and electric car charge points, neither of which I have any current use for. Chartway have been great in rectifying any problems. Southern Housing have been very poor in their communication, and I still have no idea what they do or what I'm paying them for, even though I have asked several times.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Reasonable range of stores in Coxheath, only an Indian restaurant and various takeaways. Transport links are not great, living in my street is good with respectful neighbours. Parking is good, bin collection seems to work okay, not experience any anti-social behaviour as yet and no real traffic noise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Can't think of anything that springs to mind, the only thing I didn't like when I moved in was having the kitchen half ceramic tiled and half carpeted.

What is the best feature of your home:

Love my kitchen and UT room, but pleased with the overall design and build quality. Nice big garage.
