Spacious and well organised/designed floor plan

Excellent development. Spacious and well organised/designed floor plan. Good size bedrooms. Large spacious balconies en-suite bathrooms. Great views of the shard/city. I had eyed this property a long time ago & bought when it was released. Very happy with my purchase.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice neighbourhood close to Borough Market, Tower & London Bridge. Maltby street market is a short walk away. Close proximity to Bermondsey & London Bridge stations. Tower bridge is less than 10 minutes away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The ventilation system in the kitchen could be better

What is the best feature of your home:

Balcony/terrace are by far the best features of this development.

Great location, lovely neighbours

There have been some break ins and vandalism to the building - it seems as though management have acted quickly in most of these cases, but the BringMe box which is supposed to enable secure deliveries has been broken for many weeks. The process for reporting issues between the shared ownership and private sales apartments is confusing

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Proximity to tube station and buses, supermarkets, cafes, bars, outdoor space - all great. Proximity to the railway obviously creates some noise but you get used to it quickly and it’s not quite as loud as I was expecting

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Noise from footsteps in upstairs flat…! I would have expected a new build to be built with MUCH better acoustic qualities!!

What is the best feature of your home:

Well proportioned rooms, very spacious, including the balconies (especially on the first floor).

Very poor build quality for noise considering it’s next to a train track

The build quality is abysmal considering it’s built next to the train tracks. Sound insulation between the flats (above noise) is also horrendous. I lived across the street in another building that had none of these problems. The design is nice and the flat size too.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is diverse and great independent shops/breweries. Could do with more/larger green spaces nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most have been resolved apart from the sound insulation

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew the full understanding of the build and how more the sound insulation is
