They had promised us an EWS1 form and we have not heard from them.

We are currently stuck in our property because of Fairview. They had promised us an EWS1 form by September, it is now the end of October and we have not heard from them. Our management company are also unable to get through to them. Fairview do not care about residents! No one should buy from them, unless they would like to get screwed over by this company!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are close to Colindale station which is really convenient for work. The area is lovely

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They dont respond! That's the problem. No communication, and no action when it comes to problems!

Don't buy from Fairview!

The flat came furnished- its to a fairly good standard. There are three rooms and they are all good sizes. There is a balcony which I love. The development is tidy and very clean which is great. There is good bike storage downstairs. The bins are also downstairs which is a bit annoying to have to go up and down, but it’s not the worst thing!

I like that the shops are nearby and supermarkets. The bus is also close which is great.

There is nothing I can think of. I didn’t know a lot about the area, but I really like it

Better lighting and fittings throughout would be nice

The kitchen and bathroom were done to a good standard. The size of the flat is great and I like that is has a balcony. In general I like the development, the organisation is not bad. The management is ok, I haven’t had any issues with them.

The area is becoming very busy because of all the new developments- perhaps too busy. It’s easy to access the centre of London.

I knew the area before but I wish there was better bus transportation

The finishing of the flat was basic but the size is great for a flat in London. In terms of the development, it felt a little bit cheap. The parking is not good, the spaces are very limited. The management is really not good, we were not told who would be managing us and it’s a shame that they are not great. However, the sense of community is great and there is a great community spirit. My neighbours are great- the best I’ve had in London after living here for over 20 years!

What I don’t like is the poor lighting in the park at nighttime. The transport is great and very handy to have the tube station right opposite.

I don’t think there’s anything that would make a huge difference to know before moving here.

I would love if there was a wall or fence between the park and the development purely to increase the feeling of security in the dark.

The flat is a great size with loads of natural light. I love the balcony and we use it a lot ! The bike storage and car park is not great- could definitely be improved. The management in general is not very good but I haven’t had any problems so far. There is a really great community spirit.

There are too many youths who hang around the development. But the transportation is great and the development is helping the area as well, so hopefully things will improve.

There isn’t anything really that I wish I’d known.

What is the best feature of your home:

The balcony and the communal garden is only for residents which is great
