The design I believe is very compact and it is a good practical house. Very evenly designed with good storage place both floors. Moreover, the kitchen and utilities are latest and up to date. The only issue is 3rd room is a bit small but never mind, other amenities cover it all.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Hey Its Moona, I am loving this place as I have moved recently from London, Sidcup. Place is so open and gives a fresh feeling. A park just opposite to the property with a large playing ground is even more appreciable and my kids love the place.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management so far has been very very polite and co-operative. They take the action in a well organised manner and respect our engagements with work.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To be fairly honest its an awesome place to live, feels safe as well.

Chase Park - Ideal Location for Couples and Families Alike

The design of Chase Park is lovely with a nicely thought out and accessible design of houses and apartments. There's a good mix of buildings but it does look a little 'cookie-cutter'-esque typically associated with new build developments. We occupy a 'Weaver' property which is a three bedroom detached house. Externally, the house looks good with a double drive allowing plenty of space to access the property. Inside, rooms are laid out well to maximise space and as such, we are really happy living here. Garden space is adequate but again, work will need to be done to it to make it a more enjoyable place to be - it is essentially just grass and four wooden fenced walls! Facilities are more than adequate with weekly bin collections as well as regular maintenance by grounds staff to the front lawns of the properties. This helps the development maintain it's well-coiffed look. In terms of management of the property, this is where some work could be done. The team are excellent during the moving in process and should any major issues arise (we had a small water leak a month or so after moving in), then contractors are bought in quickly to efficiently and safely rectify the problem. However, minor issues do take a bit longer to resolve which is somewhat disappointing as overall, this is a great place to live and a great community to be part of.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

In all, this area of Ellesmere Port is a fantastic place to live. The Chase Park development is very close to Ellesmere Port town centre, the Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, and with easy access to the M53, driving further afield is not too much hassle at all with places like Manchester Airport only being a 35 minute drive away. Ellesmere Port and Chester train station are also not too far away, and should you wish to visit or commute to nearby Liverpool, it's only a 40 minute journey from the former station. Ellesmere Port town centre is a little run down and could do with some investment but the council are trying. That said, if you want nice shops and more things to do, the area around Cheshire Oaks is amazing with lots of shops to suit all types off budgets, plenty of restaurants, and plenty of visitor attractions, like the cinema, adventure golf, and bowling alley. The development itself is a nice community with lots of friendly neighbours. Most houses have off street parking in the form of a drive or a shared lay-by with other residents. There is some ongoing work to improve the road surface at the moment, which has led to there being some daytime noise. That said, despite living so close to a buy motorway (M53), the development is quiet most of the time and makes for a cosy and peaceful place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Major problems dealt with very quickly. Minor problems not so much - some of which were raised at the beginning of the year and are still yet to be rectified.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Do have a thorough look at the inventory and then the condition of the house - some areas did not quite match up exactly and some issues became apparent a little while after moving in which then became more difficult to deal with. Have a good look at everything, if there's anything you're not sure about or want adding into the inventory, contact your landlord and get it sorted ASAP.

Design is good but one room seems small. Facilities are up to date and awesome. I find things and the storage are well designed. Moreover the management is very good and is very co-operative. Are is well open and I see its very calm and clean. The park is just opposite my house with my large ground for walk and exercise.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Its near the main markets, open and park nearby for kids entertainments.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes promptly. I had an issue with the energy saver and they responded very well

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Beautiful Family house that we love to live in.

We love the house ( my wife and I ) It is spacious, modern and got all the comfort amenities. There are few drawbacks but not massive but it will be good if you can consider it in the future designs 1. The light ... we would prefer more natural lights and bigger windows. It helps to cut the cost of electricity during the day as well. 2. In our house , the only way to get access to the lounge is through the kitchen ... for us ( as we cook a lot and have a lot of friends coming to our house ) was a concern . To let the guests pass through a dirty or untidy kitchen after a cooking party is something we would not like and it will take effort to prevent it. Other than that the house is lovely ... cosy ... spacious ... kids friendly... and very suitable for our needs.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good area overall. Good neighbours and very close to Cheshire Oak. Good schools nearby. Lack of walking distances nearby shops ( for light groceries) but there are good big brands nearby ( good driving distance)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The public transport and the accessibility to the nearby big cities and city centres.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature is the space and the modern design.

Exceptional properties just need little TLC on development

The design could have been done a little better, looking into everyone’s gardens gives no privacy but at the same time it does give security. Management of the property I have no fault with, if Iv ever need anything doing it has been done quickly and professionally. The gardeners have let the site down due to not attending and some neighbours don’t care about the back gardens

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good aspect of living in Chase Park is close to Cheshire Oaks no need to drive is only a 5 min walk. It’s very quite, good neighbours Bad aspect it’s not kept on top off like Simple Life promises. Gardeners hardly come round and road works only just started after 3yrs

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Notified me with what their plans are to solve the problem very promptly and have sorted it within a couple of days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To be honest everything I need to know I found out about before I moved in. Everything was explained to me oh except how to work the heating properly I still can’t do it
