Good quality living, quiet and functional.

Some design mistakes are obvious. The storage in the lower bath room is misplaced, the doors collide. A bit more storage would be great, for example the use of the loft are as a storage space would be highly appreciated. Also built-in shelves inside storage rooms would be good.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's quiet (most of the time) and it's working. That's good. Internet is perfect. Bad is, that lots of dirt is on the streets and nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Partly not at all. We got a house which was not cleaned at all. Still have the walls not repaired.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good infrastructure, a good starting point to commute and go to the sea or hiking.

Would expect more for the money

Xx (Tenant)

Mar 2024

The gardens are really inconsistent and vary in levels making it impossible to get garden furniture. The overall attention to detail and quality control has been very poor - cabinets not fitted properly, blinds not fitter correctly, silicon not applied nicely. Would expect more for the money.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good car parking facilities but doesn’t stop people parking on the street and roads are narrow. You get lots of litter from the high school. And only 1 bus per hour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are fairly quick to respond but communication between office and on site workers can be poor.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish we’d gotten the opportunity to view the property, we were basically asked to select one at random. There’s very little cabinet space in the kitchen and you do not have access to the loft which is highly frustrating.

Hello Thank you for your feedback. I'm afraid we are unable to identify you through the information provided in your review, but we would love the opportunity to speak to you to take a look in to your records and to help with the issues you are facing. The issues you have identified appear to be items we would require the housebuilder to complete as part of their 12 month warranty, which may also be the reason why you face some delays in maintenance and snag fixes. We can only apologise for any delays faced and we can guarantee that wherever we have to be reliant on the housebuilder, the team continually chase the relevant parties to get things closed out and resolved for you. We're also sorry to hear you didn't get to view your property. Again, we'd love the opportunity to speak to you to delve in to this. On occasion, we are unable to provide viewings at the point of application if the application is put in prior to us taking handover of the properties, or where previous occupiers are unwilling to allow access for viewings, but all applicants should be provided with the option to view before their move in date.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Hi Lorraine, Thank you for your feedback for Bertha Park! We're pleased to hear that you love your home and you'd recommend us as your landlord. All tickets on the repair portal require confirmation from the resident that works have been completed before they are closed to ensure you are happy. The only time a ticket may be closed without this, is where there are duplicate tickets open that cover the same works. If you feel this has not been the case, then please could you get in touch with us and we will review and aim to identify where this has fallen down. Thank you for your helpful feedback!

The house looks great

The house looks great,I like the design, the area, the facilities provided. The building management isn't so great as few times we tried to contact the support team and unsuccessful. Same with the property management.Never seen anyone since we moved in (6 months ago) in the house

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good aspects are that the area itself is quiet and clean, bad aspects are more than good unfortunately. We have never met any presenters of Simple Life since we paid the deposit for the house . Difficult to reach the support team, poor mobile coverage, car insurance providers doesn't cover the area ,roads never been clean in winter when was snowing, no local gym or any outdoor equipment for adults.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No response from the management side . It's been a power cut and we needed to find ourselves what happened

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn't know anything about this area apart that is quiet.

Hi Valia, Thank you for your review and valuable feedback. We're delighted to hear that you're happy with your home! We're sad to see that you have had issues getting in touch with our team. Anything logged on our maintenance portal is tracked from raising a request through to completion to ensure we are adhering to reasonable time frames. Any missed calls where a message is left, are also logged and a call back has to be given. We are also in the process of updating our phone system to a queued system so no call will go unanswered. We hope you therefore see an improvement in this area. As you have been in your property for 6 months you should be notified shortly for your first property inspection.

Great quality home with little amount of snagging.

Roads and corners are very tight and some kurbs are coming loose due to cars mounting pavements. Allocated parking would also be beneficial. Area outside house has residents parking on grass which has now caused a horrible mud patch throughout the whole front area.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Many shops and facilities are now beginning to open. The pharmacy is a big help. Some HA houses nearby causing anti social behaviour occasionally.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Have struggled to get some items fixed when contacting office. Have waited over 2 months for some issues to be fixed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

None, happy. Would have been good to know planned shops/facilities that were going to be done in future.
