Overall I would say I like the building, it's management and design, communication has been very good for the past year and we are kept in the loop Parking is limited in terms of overflow so would recommend ensuring future residents are versed on parking rules and alternative parking areas

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I first moved in the management company was extremely resistant to take any form of action when there was a clear and repeated breach of the rules (for 8-12months) by multiple other residents and barely communicated, which bordered on incompetence

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is no digital radio signal on the ground floor units and check with your neighbours about soundproofing (footsteps)
