Great locale: vibrant community, convenient amenities. Minor noise issues at times. Overall very happy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management and the landlord have been very responsive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Rent prices would increase after 1 year of renting.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good aspects loads of open spaces for children and pets to run around. However, there aren’t much shops

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the back garden door had a padlock and none of the keys i had worked for it. Once I reported it someone can out 2/3 days later and cut it off

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’d wish i had know the bedroom door didn’t close fully and there was downward slope in the garden

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are several local shops and restaurants to attend if we wish, parking is great and we don’t have any issues. Bin collections are always consistent, we have had some issues with theft from vehicles but I feel that is just seen as opportunity with a new build.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have raised some requests to make a few mini changes and had no response

We don’t have any, I grew up locally and know the area
