Moda is extremely accessible to the city centre, bus station, train station and grocery stores. 5-7 walk for everything aside from the train station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They usually respond in 10 minutes or less. Only time it may be longer is if they’re dealing with an abundance of tenants at once.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

All the different events that are put on. So many greats things I didn’t find out about until later on.

Market is good for food and is close by. College students can be loud but this is not at night time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I can speak with the ladies on the desk for help and I can email Ailsa and she will come and help quickly. You can speak to the staff on the app as well.

The bills are high but this is not Moda. Maybe Moda can look to change energy provider to help residents.

The development is excellent, staff are attentive & friendly. Location is great - 10 minutes to the train station & 5 minutes the heart of the city. Common spaces are lovely - gym, cinema, roof terraces, work spaces

No issues but I'm sure they would respond quickly.

Good - how friendly everyone is & all the great offers & exclusives available on the app.

Great variety of food options and supermarkets. Also great for young social students looking to make friends.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven’t had any issues but the app makes it easy to chat with the staff

Great view of the city. Can see the whole city from rooftop.

I really like the extra facilities, the work office, the gym, the lounges, the open kitchens with constant supply of coffee, tea, and espresso pods, the organized events, and of course tge location .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They usually fix my problems within 24 hours of reporting it

The range of electricity bell every month, I wish I was educated on how I can save money so I do not have to spend more than I expected ( tge building has arranged a meeting with the utility company to answer our questions later on though)
