Manchester is a great place to live and having angel gardens located perfectly within the city makes getting things done easier as I am close to wherever I need to be

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The concierge team has been great while I have been here. They have been on hand to help me. Kwam, James, Tashinga, Stephen & Fidela have been helpful every single time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how much it rains in Manchester lol but the team at angel garden always brightens up my day.

I’ve only been living here for two months, so I can’t comment on everything just yet, but so far my experience has been fantastic. I absolutely love the local area around Moda Angel—everything is close by and super accessible. The Arndale Mall, great cafes, restaurants, and shops are all within easy reach. Plus, there are plenty of transportation options to choose from. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed my time here and I’m excited to explore more of what Manchester has to offer.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, I had an issue with a leak. I was helped immediately and taken care of.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known earlier just how welcoming and caring the front staff are. Honestly, if I had known that before even checking out the flat, it would have been a major plus in my decision to move in!

Living in Angel Gardens has been a fantastic experience. The local shops and restaurants offer a great variety, from cozy cafes to well-stocked grocery stores. The open spaces are perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. Transport links are convenient, with several bus routes and a nearby subway station, making commuting easy. However, parking can be a challenge during peak hours. Overall, the community feels safe, and I appreciate the regular bin collections and low noise levels. It’s a great place to call home!

The building management has been very responsive, addressing issues swiftly and ensuring a comfortable living environment. Their proactive approach is greatly appreciated.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the importance of getting to know the local amenities. While the building itself is great, discovering nearby shops and parks has enhanced my experience. Also, connecting with neighbors can really help in settling in and sharing useful tips about the area.

I have had the pleasure of living at Angel Gardens for the past year, and my experience has been fantastic. The flat is modern and well-equipped, with excellent amenities like a state-of-the-art gym and spacious social areas that make daily life convenient and enjoyable. Living around Angel Gardens in Manchester is highly convenient, with a diverse selection of shops, restaurants, and pubs nearby, everything I need is close by. From cafes to a variety of international cuisines, there is no shortage of options, many of which are within walking distance, allowing for a great dining experience without needing to drive. The public transport links are excellent, with bus and train stations close by, making commuting effortless. The area also feels safe and comfortable, contributing to a relaxed and enjoyable living environment.

I recently had an issue with my sofa, and James responded promptly, connecting me with Tony, the quality manager, who handled the matter professionally. They kept me updated throughout, ensuring a quick and smooth resolution that provided peace of mind. Another special mention must go to Fidelia, who went above and beyond to help me receive my important luggage from the airline. Thanks to her assistance, I was able to receive the luggage in a secure and hassle-free manner, allowing me to remain carefree throughout the process. The team’s attentiveness and professionalism have made my experience truly pleasant and worry-free.

There’s honestly nothing that comes to mind. Moda has been incredibly accommodating with all my requests, making my experience here smooth and enjoyable.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

You can easily live in this area without a car and go anywhere in Manchester using Shudehil or Victoria tram/bus/train stations. Great food and bars around the place. Northern quarter is a vibrant neighborhood to hand out. I was surprised by how safe it is to live in this area even though it's in the centre as I have never seen or heard about any issue at all

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance is quite convenient. You raise a ticket through the app and someone will come to solve your problem. If you flag it's urgent they will literally come in minutes, if not urgent they generally come next day which is awesome.

I wish I knew how good it was before moving in. It took a me while to know everything that's offered and how to best experience it. Because my viewing was with a group of students, it was quite fast and superficial. But I think it was for the best anyway since it surprised me afterall
