The management is very responsive and responsible. They are all always very happy and cheerful, nothing seems too much for them. The facilities are great as well, you wouldn't need to leave the building for the luxury. Would definitely recommend. It is extremely convenient for working professionals

The building is situated at a very convenient location. The bus and tram is available at the doorstep and since it is literally in the heart of birmingham, all prime restaurants and lively pubs or clubs are just around the corner.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management has always been considerate about all the listed issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

During the weekends the only drawback remains the Broad Street commotion. It is not as much, but can cause inconvenience once in a while

The development is good. The facilities are also good but the gym can do with more versatile machines. Building and property management are also very good. The design is good but I’m not a big fan of the tiles choice. The terrace is wonderful and the grill is a nice touch

Friendly people and a great community. The bad is that broad street is too noisy most times. Accessibility is quite good

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When it comes to building management responding to issues, they have addressed my problems promptly and effectively.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just how noisy broad street is most days. It’s quite uncomfortable at times

Moda the Mercian is one of the best development in Birmingham.their lobby, their open space and lounge. off course amazing Tim and yoga room. although I never watched any movie there but they have a cinema room which seems good.My review wont be complete without I write about staffs of Moda. they will treat you like a family.Be is Vincent,Zain,Faris and Anisha. and off course Charlotte . all of them are outstanding. they have solutions for everything. hey if I forgot few name, forgive me as of u r doing good job. DOESNT MATTER HOW GOOD BUILDING IS BUT IF STAFFS ARE NOT CO-OPERATIVE, PEOPLE WONT LIKE TO STAY THERE.. SO ITS MODA STAFFS WHO MADE IT MORE WORTHY.

Everything is good here expect pet. They should have separate dedicated lift for the one who has Pet because a lot of stories are being heard that how pets attack on small kids.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever we have any issues , they response in minutes. if they promise to call u in 30 mins, they will do it and will follow ups with you until problems are resolved

separate Lift for pets.AND TOO EXPENSIVE PENTHOUSE. HEHEHHE

The interior design is fabulous and aesthetically pleasing, the management is very friendly. The building is highly secure always felt very safe in all spaces in the building. Many events and pop up shops take place in the building which is very cool.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a lovely environment with many restaurants and activities nearby which makes leaving for a quick lunch etc. very enjoyable and time saving.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were very quick to attend to them and fix any issues faced.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The size of the fridge and limited access to some facilities such as the bin chute not working.

The facilities and amenities are the best in the city. The gym is 24/7 and super convenient. The concierge team are so helpful, especially Faris and Vince, who help out with all the day-to-day enquiries. A huge congratulations to the whole team for making us feel at home.

Birmingham is super clean and everything is close by, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s been a great place to stay!

We were able to move apartments within the building thanks to the leasing team

I wish I had known this place existed sooner as i would have moved in sooner
