Very close to schools, shops , takeaways, close to town centre and outdoor park spaces, very quiet street with excellent transport links

Wish I would of bought on the estate before all the houses sold

What is the best feature of your home:

Layout of the house is perfect for children and couples also.

There is a local shop within 5 minutes walk. There is a social club on the development however this doesn’t cause too many problems with noise.

There is nothing I wish I had known about my house before I moved in

There is nothing I would change about my flat or property

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area the build in is lovely, Lovely place, lovely people. There’s a club right there which is also lovely however sometimes get a few loud people from there on a weekend later on but nothing too bad. There’s also a pub, shop and chippy round the corner which is handy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’re quick to reply to issues. Some slower than others but understandable with a backlog from covid

Im not too sure I feel like the viewings and online provided sufficient information

Love our first home together. Is perfect for our family. Moved straight in with no hassle … no cleaning or decorating to be done. Local shops, pubs & takeaway (all in walking distance) and train station very near with links to Liverpool & Manchester

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Easy to contact. Quick response & contractors all really good

The residents Facebook page & simple life’s social media are worth a visit.

Fantastic area, very safe and felt welcomed since we moved in. Friendly people both in the development but also in surrounding areas with whom you may bump in to. Local amenities, with plenty of choice for shopping and/or bargain hunting. Outdoor space is plentiful with lots of opportunities for all the family to get some air

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues raised have been resolved I'm a timely manner. Communication has been easy through the online portal.

My expectations was that the house would have been decorated between tenants. For areas that required painting were uploaded on the inventory but no further action was taken to resolve. Whilst I would have preferred not to have had to do it myself, it's not been a major issue.
