The location is close to local shops and bars. And also it’s close to my workplace. It’s a quit and family environment. There are parks to walk around. There is also good parking space to park the car. This location is like one hour drive only to London which is quit convenient to travel . Overall the location is perfect and quiet.

Nothing to share much though. All information was provided through either phone or email.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature is the space and design is perfect for me.

I dont live in heatherwell place, i live in ash lodge park but this links to heatherwell place or will do eventually

where all the electrics / pipes are in the building so I am aware when putting things on the walls.

What is the best feature of your home:

the living room as it is a very big spacious room and very light.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Ash itself is a quiet area, but has some lovely green spaces a short walk or drive out to many of the surrounding towns/villages. The development itself has great parking availability and is a lovely little community. Ash has great transport links with a 10 min walk to the train station and short journey to Guildford or into London.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known the exact building timescale! Sadly if I knew the property would be finished almost a year later than predicted, I would not have purchased!

What is the best feature of your home:

I love the open plan kitchen diner. Blends the space well. The garden is also a lovely size!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

lot of local shops, near buy petrol station, close to the big supermarkets. parking situation could be better for the flats green area in the corner could’ve been extra spaces and the opening to the private parking area could’ve been made wider! we had trouble for over 5weeks with the communal bin collection which has now been rectified but could’ve been done sooner

the properties are a lot larger than expected which can only really be noticed once you have your final inspection

What is the best feature of your home:

Open plan kitchen living diner, lots of storage and the large windows do let in a lot of light

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to shops, easy to commute to work and quiet area. Parking is a massive issue, there are no visitor parking bays like on many other new build estates that are built into the pavement. (the pavements are plenty wide enough for visitor parking bays).

Wish we had known the cost of the ground maintenance fees.

What is the best feature of your home:

The finish quality of our house. Everything is finished to a beautiful standard and when things have been repaired or replaced it has been done perfectly.
