Simple life has been the best home I’ve ever lived in. The view of the field is amazing to look at too. The interior of the houses is really good as you can start off from scratch and make it your way. The best part of our home is the kitchen by far, very spacious. Overall very modern looking house. Would definitely recommend.

Our home is very local to various places. There is local shops near by and the town centre is around a 15 minute walk. We also have a leisure centre nearby which I go to regular.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve always responded very fast and efficiently.

It’s really helping how we have a fitted kitchen.

Design of the property is excellent for a 4 bed family home !! Services are equally as excellent I would highly recommend the site and living here ! Four bed properly excellent sized rooms also excellent living space and great garden

When we have had issues such as the bath leaking or the washing machine breaking they have been dealt with promptly. The special activities they hold for residents such as the ice cream van and pizza night are a nice touch too and are enjoyed by everyone on the estate.

Lovely family friendly street, with good access to shops and the motorway. Walking distance to good schools, both primary and high school.

They would increase the rent every year.

The garden is nice and big, perfect for children and pets.

Overall very good but few issues. 1. Design of houses is brilliant but block of flats is awful. 2. Lorry repair company adjacent is noisy virtually 24/7 and burns oily rubbish which is unpleasant. 3. Limited storage space. Good: 1. Appliance repair and maintenance is very good. 2. Grounds maintenance is good.

Exvellent Transpirt links, Tram station and bus terminus 2 mins walk. Good selection of shops, takeaways and bars within 5 mins walk. Parking on estate is overcrowded. Bin collections very good, some issues with children on estate but not too much of a problem. Overall very good.

See previous question, it dramatically changes the aspect and feel of the development

The adjacent lorry repair business is very noisy and an eyesore. When we viewed the property it wasn't in business. If it had been we probably wouldn't have rented this particular property.

A beautiful place to live ,a lovely home to settle

Our property is a 3 bedroomed. There is only my partner and I who reside at the property. I would say the space is small for a family with more than two children. The garden as been a problem to us, which we have had to request several times for simple life homes to rectify however this has not been done. The garden is wet and soddened and needs proper drainage to resolve the problem. We are still waiting for this to be dealt with.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are lots of local shops to meet requirements such as beauticians, groceries and restaurants which are all of good quality. The metro link is local as is the train station. There are lots of lovely places to visit locally such as olden reservoir and Hollingworth. There is nothing to say we dislike as we have everything we need. Newhey is a lovely place to live.

The garden being unfit for purpose

The garden. It is not for purpose , it is soddened and we are restricted to what we can do. The garden needs proper drainage an after several complaints we are still waiting.
