Good management and if something is broken or needs sorting it’s done within days. Our washing machine broken and replaced within a week and communication was good as it was all done through an app and couldn’t of been any easier to get sorted

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A brilliant location, near train station, local shops and pubs

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

More patio space instead of the standard small squares

The house is perfect, the design lay out is good, small bedroom is very small. Stairs at the front and back of the property means no disabled access for family. The garden is extremely slanted which means no toys for the children or pools in the summer time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely parks, schools, easy access to transport, parking availability is good, Bin collections good, mills hill train station very noisy especially during the night

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Moderately. Repairs have been carried out within adequate time, I feel like the issue is dealt with but not to the best standards.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There were stairs at the front and back of house and the garden was Unlevel.

The Garden design is terrible but the house is lovely.

The Garden design is terrible but the house is lovely. We have been unable to use the garden properly at times as it floods when raining and the grass is just like mush however the house itself is a good finish and we love the style of ours with the skylights over the kitchen/ diner

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The houses are lovely and the development is great. Management is good and always on hand on the phone however we’ve raised several issues mainly the garden and these never get resolved.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They haven’t fixed any of them in the 3 1/2 years I have lived here

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the garden would be unusable

Leaving in baytree lane

The houses are all new and it's a pleasure to live in them! All the white goods are provided, there is a huge kitchen and a nice garden... All for a reasonable price. We love having a garden and if we have a problem in the house, simple life will send a contractor to fix it as soon as possible!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We love the area, residential and quiet but also convenient. The station in at the end of the road and all the shops you might need are very close!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The garden isn't flat (we didn't see the house because of Covid)

What is the best feature of your home:

Garden and kitchen especially the dryer/washing machine and the dishwasher. We also found a shed outside that has been very useful

Lovely family homes

The bedrooms are VERY small for family homes. Kitchen is lovely and bright with skylight windows. Repairs done in good time. Gardeners could do a better job in maintaining bushes instead of having to email in to get them cut back so I can get in the front door. There should be a larger patio area in the garden.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

My development is close to local bus and train routes. Small local shops close by and a nice pub that serves food. Parking is excellent as we have a drive big enough for 2 cars. Some of the neighbours dont like kids playing out but on a large estate with children it is to be expected. A big downfall is the noise from the trains passing behind. Heavy carriages cause the house to vibrate.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didnt get to view prior to moving in as it was being developed. There should be a home available to look around as the bedrooms are very small.

What is the best feature of your home:

The kitchen - bright, large and well equipped. Good space and lots of storage.

We do have a wide range of property styles that have different sized rooms at varying price points - should you feel you would like to move at any point to a larger home our team would be happy to help!
