It is close to school and close to mosque and also close to my work as well train link is 2 minutes away as well

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far they have been very quick with repairs and stuff

Only thing with ovens are abit slow we make chapptis they take abit extra time

Nice quiet area, neighbours are nice, can be busy and loud due to builders but understandable but happy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have been very helpful with any issues I have had or raised

Nothing everything was fine when I moved in I had no worries or concerns

The area it's clean and calm, the only problem is a little noise from the cars because the house is in front of the main road

They are always helpful and respond very quickly to emails

pay attention to the spaces for furniture that you may already have as the houses have a good area but can be a little tight. mainly kitchen cabinets

On some occasions they don’t take the bins

Very quickly, Not much of a wait. They do have an out of hours service to really helps

The link road to our property needs more lightening because at night it’s very dangerous. Most of the time there are cars parked outside with people inside of them which makes me feel very unsafe getting in my property late at night. More street lights would help. And in my street there’s a lot of cigarettes bits in the floor and in my doorstep because some neighbours keep throwing them in the floor. Not nice

Garden being levelled. The back in the garden is more higher than the front and when it’s raining the front will get a small puddle. Nothing more to add.
