Overall, a well-designed property with excellent facilities, efficient building management, and competent property management can create a desirable living or working environment. These aspects are interconnected and require continuous attention to ensure resident satisfaction and the long-term success of the property.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Design plays a crucial role in the overall appeal and functionality of a property. A well-thought-out design should optimize space utilization, incorporate ergonomic elements, and promote a pleasing aesthetic. It should also consider sustainability and energy efficiency, integrating eco-friendly features and materials.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

they have responded by taking care of the issue immediately and not leaving resident waiting for days for problems to be solved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really as the building is usually quite and peaceful.

When evaluating aspects like design, facilities, building management, and property management, several considerations come to mind. Design plays a crucial role in the overall appeal and functionality of a property. A well-thought-out design should optimize space utilization, incorporate ergonomic elements, and promote a pleasing aesthetic. It should also consider sustainability and energy efficiency, integrating eco-friendly features and materials. Facilities are essential for providing a comfortable and convenient environment for occupants. These may include amenities such as fitness centers, swimming pools, communal spaces, and parking facilities. The quality and maintenance of these amenities are vital in ensuring resident satisfaction. Effective building management is vital for smooth operations. This includes efficient security systems, regular maintenance protocols, and timely repairs. A proactive approach to building management can help prevent issues and address concerns promptly, fostering a safe and pleasant living or working environment. Property management involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a property. This encompasses tasks such as rent collection, tenant communication, lease management, and property maintenance. A competent property management team ensures that residents' needs are met, addressing any concerns promptly and maintaining the value of the property. To excel in these areas, it is crucial to have a clear communication channel between the property management team, building management, and residents. Open lines of communication allow for effective problem-solving, efficient coordination, and a sense of community. Overall, a well-designed property with excellent facilities, efficient building management, and competent property management can create a desirable living or working environment. These aspects are interconnected and require continuous attention to ensure resident satisfaction and the long-term success of the property.

The building is in a very good location. The buildings can be quite confusing for visitors. The entry system can be also confusing for visitors as you need to sometimes come down to allow your visitors in which can be a bit of a inconvenience. Security also sometimes turn away packages.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good location. Very close to Wembley Central, Greenford Broadway, and Sudbury hill. Very good links to the underground stations

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes it can take time for you to reach someone however when I’ve emailed, someone does call back.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The underground nearby shut down often for strikes, etc often. So it’s not always reliable, that there is a pub nearby and some of the men get really drunk. The location is far from central London. Nice community

Not too bad

Building is okay, security are nice, don’t really see the building management which is good because this is our home and not an office. They’ve just knocked down an old building so the area looks nicer than it did as they’ve added grass and all sorts there to get to the car park. Not very secure as the public walk around the development and green area

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local area is a little grotty, not very diverse but not the worst. The transport links are quite good and are probably the best part of living around here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management respond efficiently to any problems that have been raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We were told there would be a kids area but there is not and were told there would be a residents portal to get to know our neighbours or just be a little community but that didn’t happen. Bikes get stolen so don’t leave them outside. And the private green area that is meant to be just for us is used by the public as a park.
