The design of the buildings, individual flats and development is great. It is very self contained and the spaces are easy to live between. Building management is good. The concierge service is fantastic. They email you with updates and inform you if you have any parcels etc.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a small supermarket on the development but it would benefit from a wider range of shops and restaurants. Open spaces around are beautiful and easy to access.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building developer has responded to all of my small snag issues promptly .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The central line is very close by but quite unreliable.

Good design, clean aesthetics of the building with good management. There is a nice communal area to walk around. The park development was a real plus considering it’s a family friendly place to raise a family here. The gym is a great facility to have in the premises.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The locality is really good. It would be nice to have a smaller supermarket open in the building area as planned soon. Improvement on parking availability would have been better.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not have had any issues so far. Prompt management. They make sure that the parking space are allocated correctly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

An orientation on how underfloor heating works and to be energy efficient.

The building is so lovely - clean, well designed and absolutely perfect for me. The underfloor heating is revolutionary! The design of each flat is really sleek too - and the rooftop makes it feel so special, part of the London skyline but everything within touching distance.

I absolutely love this development - I’ve been here a year now and it’s changed so much! It’s really accessible and has everything I need. I can’t wait for the final few shops/ bars to open and have everything at my fingertips.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Telford have been absolutely fantastic and really responsive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only issue is that the new build means the postcode doesn’t come up and so I’ve had to track down a lot of deliveries gone awry!

Property management is keen to help us with our inquiries almost anytime. We have private yard for residents only and a concierge service . It is a pet-friendly area so you will see a lot of fluffy paws around. The modern equipped gym is a great addition to the building. Speaking about cons, there is a very limited car parking space. And as windows from our apartment are looking inside the residential yard and we are surrounded with a block of flats, we don't have enough light during a day, especially in the cloudy one. But we have nice view on the canal with a boats and swans on it.

Love the area, 5 min walk to the Greenford station, 2 min to the bus stop, nearest shop and a pub. Grand Union Canal is a nice addition to the area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management was very helpful as we had a few questions after moving in

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Balcony roofing is a bit poor, as when it's raining the balcony is covered with the puddles. Not a big problem though

Gym has very average equipment

Gym has very average equipment, the presence of property management isn't felt at all so there is no common regarding the building and property management. However, the hallways and building are very clean nonetheless. There are issues regarding the intercom only opening the 1st door to enter the building but not the 2nd one.

Pro: Close to tube station Clean Quiet Con:Poor bus connections Difficulty receiving parcels Intercom isn't too good doesn't open both door to enter the building

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management helped to fix windows when there was an issue with closing them but took a while.

There really isn't anything that I wish I had knew before moving in.
