Greenford Quay is a fantastic place to live, with stylish apartments, beautiful canal views, and a real community feel. The experience is made even better by Tufayl, the estate agent, who goes above and beyond to help residents. He’s incredibly attentive and makes the whole moving process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to his exceptional service, settling into Greenford Quay is truly a pleasure.

Public Transport System is very good and convenient , there is a lack of restaurants and bars, nice waterside,

Very kind and willing to help, high availability and very friendly people

Not possible to get a second parking spot in the parking garage

Am back again to sing praises of Grenford quays!Tufyl Ahmed he is one of a kind ,calm and collected he goes the extra mile to make sure everything is in place .A fantastic guy ,always accomodating and extremly helpful a credit to the team

The location of Tillermans is considered very close to Greenford station or Sudbury station. I can secure monthly indoor parking without any problems.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They responded very timely as sometimes I asked for my account ledger. They returned to me on same day! I think the only thing feel disappointed is we have a very bad tenant who brought his dogs to underground carpark for toilet and I know management still failed to stop him.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The property is extremely pet friendly and I also appreciated their efforts in organising summer events including outdoor cinema, mini concerts and food van, etc. Management also hold town hall meeting to meet tenants directly for their feedback.
