Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in this area has been a mostly positive experience. The local shops offer a decent variety, and there's a good mix of restaurants and cafes, though some options are a bit expensive. The nearby parks provide nice green spaces to relax, which is great. Public transport is fairly reliable, with buses running regularly, though sometimes there are delays during peak hours. Bin collections are consistentoverall it is a peaceful living environment.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in was the quality of property management. If I had known that the management would be so disappointing—delayed maintenance, poor communication, and lack of transparency—I might have chosen to go with a different agency or even another property. It’s crucial to ask more detailed questions about how responsive and proactive the property management is before committing.

Good shops, proximity to harrow town center and public transport, neighbourhood are the good aspects. Anti-social behaviour and thefts are common in the area. Parking spaces are incredibly scarse.

Pathetic Customer Care, Very cheap fittings, including flooring and electrcal accessories

The local area is nice and pretty safe compared to most areas I've lived in in London. Canary Wharf is 15 mins away for loads of shops, bars and restaurants but there are also a couple of nice spots across the DLR Bridge.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That there would be issues with the cladding which have been stressful.
What is the best feature of your home:
The Balcony is large and has fantastic views, a great space to sit out. It is pretty large for a one bedroom flat with a big storage cupboard.

Love the community here and transport links are excellent. More shops are opening up lately, which is great

I didn't fully consider the limited parking situation before moving in.
What is the best feature of your home:
The best feature of my home is the spacious and bright living room, which has large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offer a beautiful view.

New gentrification brings in a lot of restaurants and shops and has created an amazing community with an exciting night life. Transport links are convenient with tube, national rail and good bus routes all in the area. My street is very quiet as it is slightly recessed from main road but a short walk away. Slight anti social behaviour with the youth and the way they act.

Make sure you know exactly who to contact if anything goes wrong in your place as that will help you save some time in the future
What is the best feature of your home:
Windows near the roof that let in early morning sunrise light in that let's the upstairs landing glow when u step out of your room
