A lovely place to bring up young children in the heart of a lovely community

We moved here 2 years ago. The design of the house really works for our family, good sized bedrooms and use of space. It would be nice if the play area was in use as there are lots of young families and children on the estate, but 2 years later there has been no progression on this.

Lovely community, lots of young families and feels like safe place to live with good local amenities.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

People tend to park on the road outside there homes so most days the roads arent clear and your swerving in and out of cars

What is the best feature of your home:

The use of space, the garden and how easy it was just to move in the property

Had a great experience from start to finish, pleased with the design and management of the property and any small issues we have had have been dealt with straight away. Very little disruption on the estate from my experience. The site manager was more than helpful and sales staff were great.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living on our street is perfect. No issues with parking or bins etc, plenty of room and the drive is big enough for 3 cars if needed plus a garage. The area is quite surrounding the estate but within walking distance to many shops, places to eat and even a few pubs!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing to complain about, after sales were really good and very little disruption on our street in particular. Snagging took a little longer than expected but still within our given timetable - despite covid!

What is the best feature of your home:

The location is brilliant, also plenty of space in the garden front and back, and within the rooms themselves especially with it being a new build home.
