Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had asked more questions when it comes to a new build, I wasn’t aware I couldn’t decorate for a year which isn’t a bad thing but just didn’t wanna look at plain walls

The houses are very spacious

As the village grows more is been built.
We now have a Londis in the square which is very handy, 2 pubs within walking distance and plenty of parks, green spaces and lanes for walking the dogs
The streets are narrow so when people park on the road and not on their driveway it makes it awkward to pass in certain areas
Transport isn’t amazing with a bus service every hour so if kids miss the bus for school then they are late.

Please review your development:

The houses are very spacious with 4 double bedrooms and a massive garden.
Inside could have been designed better with a kitchen diner rather than a separate kitchen & dining room, we have a massive driveway so don’t really need an integrated garage so could have done so much more with the space

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The amount of new houses being built in the village

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues previously raised have always been resolved
