Love the design of the houses, feel like you have a lot of privacy on your garden etc. nice spacious front and back gardens and good driveway. Managers are very quick to sort out any maintenance problems. Appliances that are fitted are modern and have everything you need

Nice quiet area, friendly neighbours and everything you need nearby. Good transport links as train station is walking distance. Great parking with big driveway

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Excellent, quick to reply and easy reporting system

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known how the bin system works, more information would have been helpful. Also an explanation and demonstaration of the heating system would be helpful

I am still getting used to the electric only house. Understanding the heating and the cooker for example takes getting used to. But it makes the property and bills such good value for money. I wish there was a bigger drum for the washing machine but the facilities are top of the range and reliable. No concerns from me. The property manager is readily on hand to answer all questions and organise maintenance should we need which is a huge comfort.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love living where we do. Its only 10 minutes from the nearest supermarket, and on either side you have the cities of Telford and Wolverhampton but also Shrewsbury on the other end. We are 5 minutes from the nearest station with lines to Birmingham which makes commuting easy. The parking is great and spacious across all houses and the estate feelings like a community

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management are quick to escalate issues if needs be. They ring and communicate to myself thoroughly and answer all questions I have.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

More about the heating unit and how it works. It was hard understanding how to get the best temperature but the engineer talked me through it

Well thought out development, the design is significantly bigger than other new builds. Good park for families with children, good property management with excellent response times to queries. Good app to lodge any queries or concerns with property management

Ideal if you like open spaces, hardly any road noise and good accessibility and access to transport links.

Yes, very quickly and efficiently and answered all questions well.

The houses look really good and the architetcts did a good job the way they planned/designed the inside and outside of the houses. Building management and property management is average. They reply quite fast to issues but sometimes takes too long to solve certain basic things.

Theres no nearby local shops, restaurants or bars but theres really good open spaces to walk and kids playgrounds everywere. Living in our street is quite chill, the neighbours are kind and approachable, theres just a bit of noise and dust from the constructions nearby but not too disturbing. Parking spaces are really good with charging stations for electric cars. Bin collection every mondays by council which is average.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It took too long to repair/replace the main entrance electronic lock, something that its critical for our day to day living. We had to use the back door facing the garden for a few weeks to come in and out of the house. Luckily the first time that it happened we had the keys for the back door with us otherwise we would get stuck outside in the could with our kid waiting for hours for someone to come.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We didnt knew that we would get so many problems with the internet connection provided by the landlord (by fibre), it was down at least two times since we moved here and the first time it happened we manage to solve the problem by our selfes by speaking with a fibre technician that luckly was working nearby in a pit down in the street, otherwise not even the network provider knew what was happening, that there was an fibre technicians working in the area, and it would take days for another technician to come to our house to solve the connection problem. That's unacceptable as we both work remotely and having a stable and reliable connection to the internet its crucial to do our work.

The location of our house is great, we have plenty of space outside with a large driveway and a front garden which is easy to maintain. We have a large backyard with a patio which is a real sun trap! Inside our property all the rooms are a good size and plenty of natural sunlight around the home. There is good sized cupboard space but we would have liked to have some shelves put in the landing cupboard. The facilities are all modern and easy to use! Our property manager is friendly and responsive to any queries.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great for commuting to Birmingham, about 10 mins drive from the motorway, also close to the train station which is 5mins by car and roughly 20mins if walking. The nearest town, Wellington is walking distance (20-30 mins). There is a 24hr shop around the corner from us which is handy. The larger supermarkets (Tescos, Morrisons, Aldi etc) are only a short drive away and plenty to choose from if you want to shop somewhere different from time to time. Telford Centre is only a 10-15mins drive which has a great choice of restaurants, retail and activities like the Cinema. Overall the estate is a quiet and friendly community. We’ve had no issues and bins are collected on time every Monday!

Very quick to reply and acknowledge any queries. Easy to contact using the app or by email, any problems reported have been resolved quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A demo of the heating system would have been useful, it would have been good to know more about the WiFi as we didn’t know we had to call up for this, abit more info on the bins and what’s nearby
