The city of Coventry is located in the West Midlands, approximately 100km northwest of London. The city is well connected to London and other major cities via a network of fast trains and motorways.

Foleshill – this district offers residents easy access to two parks (War Memorial Park and Coombe Country Park). It is also close to Stoney Stanton Road, which boasts an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. This area is home to Foleshill Fire Station!

Hillfields – this suburb was named after its hilly terrain. Hillfields has numerous green spaces where residents can enjoy picnics or simply relax. One such area is Beake Avenue Nature Park, which offers a wide array of bird species and other wildlife. Hillfields is also home to two well-regarded schools: Rudyard Kipling Primary School and Sidney Stringer Academy.

Longford – this district has everything you need for day-to-day living, including pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets (e.g. Tesco Express). Longford also hosts the Coventry Canal Basin – an attractive place to stroll along or stop for a bite to eat at The Boat Inn public house!

Stoke Aldermoor – this suburb boasts a number of primary schools (including St Anne’s Catholic Primary School) as well as Stoke Green Neighbourhood where residents can enjoy a tennis court, football pitch and children’s play area.

Great area with easy access to public transport. Situated in a great part of the city that is relatively quiet and close to supermarkets and restaurants.

The apartment is overall very well equipped with top of the line appliances. The common areas are also great for socializing and work. Staff is very professional and punctual. The place also has secure parking which is a benefit if owning a car. Additionally the parcel collection system is great meaning no missed deliveries ever.

Apartment has been great, no further comments regarding it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

yes any issues were responded to and solved directly especially with the 24/7 contact to front of house(reception staff)

Living here is convenient with well-connected public transportation, easy bin collections, and secure parcel collection. Common areas are well-maintained and overall it’s secure, with CCTVs and a 24/7 concierge.

The building is new and the apartment is cozy, bright, and well-equipped with a kitchen that includes all major appliances like a microwave, oven, fridge, etc. The living room is comfortable with large windows offering a good view of the city. The design is modern yet simplistic.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The closest grocery store is farther than I expected. However, with public transport, it’s okay to get around conveniently.

The response has been quick, addressing issues promptly and efficiently

Apartments are in a great location. Big windows full of natural light. receptionist were always helpful and reachable. Julia was especially helpful.

Design was modern. Streamlined and pleasant. Apartments are full of natural light. Noise levels are low. The management is very good and available on WhatsApp at all times. Good internet connection and nice communal areas to work and take meetings. Very pleasant

Where the mail room was. Sometimes getting packages delivered was a bit confusing.

Very well. Julia and other staff were always available and on hand to help with any issues.

I live around Coventry University. It’s quite convenient to go to the city center. Bin collections are easy.

Please review your development:

This is a very safe and quiet place to live. There are 24 hours CCTV and you can call the staff there for help at any time. They are very friendly and can help us reserve the parcel or solve some other problems. Pets are welcomed here and you need to pay for each month.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The place is mainly set for working people and it’s quiet at night. So I don’t need to worry about noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded to my issues in time and they are willing to help me at any time.
