Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, just had a few issues with the drainage when i first brought the house but overall has been good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been good. Steve has been brilliant when I've had issues with the drainage.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing in particular. I was made aware of all the things before purchasing the property.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

easy to transport to Warwick University, Coventry City centre, train station and local shopping centre at Cannon park and all major supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury, Costco) and fast foods (KFC, Mc, Subways, etc)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

very quick responses to any issues left in the property during initial handover period. a slightly less-quick responses after 2 years warranty period; some equipment or devices were not selected wisely or installed properly;

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

some interior preference selection options, such as tiles in the kitchen and carpets in the living room, what we saw and selected were based on limited samples in the sales office, and some of them they don't have samples at that moment or in the show rooms;

Good overall, not much better to offer in Canley

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's very close to the park, which at times can be quite loud and there can sometimes be antisocial behaviour. It's usually fine.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I've never directly talked to the building manager, this has probably been indirectly through the estate agents.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There's a bus stop is close by near the shops which has been quite nice. Other than, not sure.

Start to the property ladder but it's average

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good local shops and services, e.g. nearby gyms, doctors, pharmacy, dentist and good school options for those with children. There are some parking issues as people don't park on their drives and instead park on the pavement, and this causes frequent visibility issues as they also park on the corners of the roads. Bin collections for both apartments and houses are on a Wednesday, however I live nearby the bin stores and am frequently appalled by the state of the bin stores - rubbish is left outside of them which then fly onto my property. The council will not tidy it up unless it's reported as flytipping. There has been a lot of anti-social behaviour in the past with teenagers and burglars, but it all gets reported thanks to the Neighbourhood Watch Team. Traffic noise isn't bad for the A45, but it is terrible with the amount of Uber's due to a lot of students on the estate. It is less of a family estate and more of a student village. Lots of properties have CCTV and I would recommend getting one just for peace of mind.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We get a generic apology e-mail, but the vast majority of the time we sort things out for ourselves. The labourers who do come to property are mostly polite.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I had known about the trouble in the area a lot more before I moved in. Our neighbours have been the best part of moving on to the estate though, and it does have a good community spirit. I wish I had have known that there were a significant proportion of students on the estate though, as they have a lot of house parties that keep me and other neighbours awake. Also a lot of drug deals done on the estate.

Good value for the price and convenient location

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good location within a miles access to a range of supermarkets and fast food restaurants. But because of this traffic noise can sometimes be loud due to the building being so close to A45

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There was an issue with internet access to the building for the first few months which was extremely inconvenient

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Wish the flat had a small balcony to sit out on rather than just a Juliette
