The development/area is just right for a family. It is a real community where everyone looks out for each other.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When issues are raised or I have a problem, they ensure your problem is resolved in a timely manner. They have been helpful.

Bargained more.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good aspect of the area that is close to motorways, shops big and small, many schools close to choose from. Public Transport is not too far a little walk away for 3 different bus routes. The location is convenient and quiet. The main problem we have is the parking spaces and pavements. There are more cars per household than allocated driveway so cars are parked on the pavements or side of road which makes driving around a bit tricky.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management responded and resolved any issues we raised quickly and efficiently

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked to have a showroom on the smaller 2 bedroom house it would have made easier to imagine the real size other than just numbers on the plan. Also it would help to have a measurements of the rooms to allow buying fitting furniture like sofas due to limited space and options in living room and bedroom

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is well suited at the north east of the city which is close by motorway and in the middle of 2 shopping parks. It is just 15 minutes away from the city centre. However, due to the surroundings outside the development, it is becoming a breeding area for burglars.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management responded to our complaints whenever it was logged.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we were informed about the option of solar panels.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location with local shops, GPS and pubs near by. There are 3 bus routes which service the area and local motorway is close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management fixed most of our issues quickly. Some came back and we have some issues which we just put up with

The sound proffing could be better so we wish we had known that before.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location and amenities. The local area is great with up coming developments and expectation of a new terminal to reopen in the local area in the near future. The negative is that some people are coming into the development to cause a nuisance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Swiftly which is good and they respond to your query.
