A haven for foodies as everything is within reach

Kingston east is a haven for foodies as everything is within reach, Aldi and Matalan are also under a minute walk.

Please review your development:

Kingston East only has a communal garden and the building is good enough. There is obviously the usual defects but all in all, a well thought out design and the materials used are not too substandard. Property is managed by Ian Gibbs, they are not great but good enough.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking is a bit difficult to come by as there isn’t enough for everyone.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of Kingston east for is it feels like a community.

Living in Kingston East has been great so far, the neighbors have a strong community vibe and everyone helps each other.

Please review your development:

Kingston East is sort of a big development which consists of several buildings, the layout is well though out. It has communal gardens and a playground for kids to enjoy. It is suitably located in terms of accessibility and the distance to anything you might need.

The living components are sufficient for a family to have a comfortable home.

Kingston East is a stone throw’s away from groceries to restaurants to entertainment and still feels like you’re not in a busy city.

Please review your development:

I live in Pitsford House which is the first building of the development consisting of several buildings and I would say the lay out is good as it maximizes the space into its full potential and the living components are sufficient for a family to have a comfortable home.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Hmart which is like 5 minutes walk away which is perfect.

What is the best feature of your home:

I would say the best feature is the location as its near everything even Richmond park.

Very happy with the flat and location

Kingston is fab, so many parks, shops & restaurants. You are a short walk from New Malden high street and a 30 min walk from Kingston.

The flat itself is 5 mins from a big nature reserve and right opposite Aldi.

Please review your development:

The flat itself is exactly what you’d expect for the price and location – WAY less issues than other new builds.

It’s very spacious, we hear no noise at all from neighbours, and came with robust appliances – we’ve been here for almost years with no big issues now. Also given it’s on a main road the noise cancelling from the windows is great.

We had the odd issue such as broken lift but the company have generally sorted out pretty quickly.

We are genuinely really happy here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The walk to the station has a level crossing in the way!

What is the best feature of your home:

The layout of the flat – it’s a great use of the space, feels much bigger than the square footage.
