Developers should be responsible to fix all structural problems within their buildings without time limit. As long as it is the fault of the developer like the case in Kingston Riverside!

There are a considerable number of leaseholders are annoyed, frustrated by the leakage problems for years. Report from the management company, JFM, dated 12 Mar 2021: 'Broadly speaking these reports conclude that there are three main issues- firstly incorrect or blocked drainage causing water to pool underneath, secondly inadequate or damaged waterproofing/damp course and thirdly damaged flashing where the balcony and terrace meet the window frame and door sections. This is not to say that all balconies have all these issues, but the problem in each flat is likely to arise from at least one of these building defects. As you know from previous correspondence the most challenging issue is that the balcony and terrace issues are potential defects in the original construction of Kingston Riverside and therefore subject to an NHBC claim. '' It's the responsibility of Red Row, why can't we ask Red Row to fix it? Why the wealthy developers are protected by NHBC???

The neighbourhood here is very nice, right next by the river, parks and shopping centre. But the buildings are terribly built!

Eclectic place to live

A great development with eclectic designs - on a sunny day it almost feels like you are on the med. the development continues and I look fwd to additional shops, restaurants and transport links being completed

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I enjoy the eclectic design of the properties. There are no restaurants in which would be lovely. Very much looking fwd to the train station being completed

What is the best feature of your home:

Space - there are two of us in a three bed town house. We have more than enough space to allow us to create our own intimate spaces

Lovely flat

I like my flat it's modern and the view is perfect. I wanted to be bigger and there is a utilities room. Moreover, it's so much expensive. The facilities are not so good, it's hardly to use the heating and the signal is not good many times.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area it's nice, I live so close to the river. The area is safe, quite and close to the town center

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No it's everything good.

I live here for six years now. I really like my flat. I like my whole flat it's so modern and all rooms are perfect. Neighbours are really good, friendly and polite. I have noticed only that the price is quite expensive but I choose this building because I feel very happy living here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really like living here. The area is so mclose sh lovely, quite and safe. The transportation link is perfect it takes only 40 minutes from the centre of London.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think that there is not something that I expected to know before living here. It was a good choice to living here because the area is one of the most quite and safe in London and my flat its so nice and I enjoy to came back to my house after a tired working day.

I love the design if this building, it has beautiful gardens theres even little ducks at the rooftop garden. Beautiful view of the riverside and it is very modern. Sainsburys are nearby, you've got the station which is a walking distance from here that goes to central London and other places.
