Very expensive flats and the location is worth it but some deep flaws in the estate agent management by Campions lettings
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not effectively. Quick to apologies but slow and inefficient action

The light pollution and noise from the sports club next door

Quiet and good transports. Good facilities such as shops nearby. Nearby trainline, and passing trains can cause noticeable tremors in buildings.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Trains effect and noisy plans overhead due to being under Heathrow flight path.

The area is pretty good. Transportation is around the corner. Rugby days are a problem though.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Generally very good. responsive. The concierge is very good
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Rugby days are a problem. So many people in the area using public transport it is overcrowded.

The area is nice and peaceful. not too far from London. Transport is good.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only internet was bt when i first moved in. I am not sure if it is still the case.
What is the best feature of your home:
Location is good and it is nice to have a balcony.
