Friendly neighbours and nice community.

Cg (Owner)

Sept 2019

Friendly neighbours and nice community. Very good concierge service. Buildings look nice and seem well designed but problems start a few months after moving in. Nearby area is peaceful generally speaking, transport links are useful.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quiet and good transports. Good facilities such as shops nearby. Nearby trainline, and passing trains can cause noticeable tremors in buildings.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Trains effect and noisy plans overhead due to being under Heathrow flight path.

Well built. Everything is quality. But too well insulated. In the summer it is like an oven in the afternoon but i guess it is a problem with all new builds. Modern appliances. Higher than average ceiling, or it was designed to give this feeling.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is pretty good. Transportation is around the corner. Rugby days are a problem though.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Generally very good. responsive. The concierge is very good

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Rugby days are a problem. So many people in the area using public transport it is overcrowded.

Well built and the installation is good. i dont hear neighbours through the wall and it is very warm in the winter. Modern appliances and they are stylish too. The apartment is spacious and the area is nice.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is nice and peaceful. not too far from London. Transport is good.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only internet was bt when i first moved in. I am not sure if it is still the case.

Good

The built quality is excellent. Service charges are very high. 24 hour concierge. No gym no pool but underground parking is available. Nice bar in the building. And there will be a restaurant soon right underneath us.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport and access to green open spaces. Restaurants good in richmond and it is a short journey there.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are quick and responsive. No issues atall with them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Trains can be loud. Double glazing is good but in the summer we hear them because we have to keep the windows open.

Super modern, neutral, open plan design.

Sept 2019

Nice community with lovely friendly neighbours. Great design with super modern open plan layout. Nice neutral design. One issue is it can be very hot in summer and there is no air conditioning. SW facing apartments such as mine suffer. I was also not given a parking space. No gym or pool like other developments.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good transport, up and coming area. High Street shops need to get better and some spots a bit run down. But this will come as area improves.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been pretty responsive but not very helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lots of unforeseen costs with housing association. Endless stream of cars stopping to pick people up by entrance, despite sign.
