The building is kept well with regular clean And maintenance . The concierge is helpful And friendly. The commual Garden is well looked after by regular Garden work. The building decoration is bit dated compare to the newer development nearby but being kept well.

Royal Quarter Kingston, great town living

Anna (Owner)

Mar 2020

Royal Quarter is an ideal place to live for anyone needing close access to the town centre, railway station and other local amenities such as the gym, supermarkets, etc. It is not always the quietest place but is more sheltered than it looks. In summary, ideal for a younger tenant or resident, ideally located for Kingston Town centre.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The amenities in Kingston are second to none, with every shop and restaurant imaginable on your doorstep. The downside of the development is the proximity to the one way system which can be noisy, and the railway line which often has maintenance work. Property management is generally good but does differ between the blocks in the development, with shared ownership properties likely to get a poorer service.

Beautiful place to live

I've had a great experience here. There's a nice community vibe because of the communal gardens. It's gated so I feel safe to have my children running around freely. My appartment is nice but quite small for the price but I find it's more than worth it. The concierge are always helpful

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There's nothing to dislike here. We are close to the high Street and everything you need plus travel links

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really, as I said I have had a positive experience here

I love living here. The concierge are so helpful. I haven't had any issues living here yet. The flat is a good size. I use the gym, I find it amazing to have the gym in the building. Around everything I have to say us positive.

This is a great place for school kids and students. The managment are so nice and so helpful. My company have been dealing with this complex for 6 years. The service process can take a long time, for example to fix electricity it takes such a long time up to 2 months

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like how quet it is, there's a calm feeling.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
