Living here feels safe. Not much noise as the windows are double glazed and parking availability around here is pretty good

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues or after sale queries have been resolved timely and professionally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there wouldn’t be that much storage space. That you cannot select any optional extras. That not many kitchen cupboards were added.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Kingston East is a stone throw's away from groceries to restaurants to entertainment and still feels like you're not in a busy city.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Hmart which is like 5 minutes walk away which is perfect.

What is the best feature of your home:

I would say the best feature is the location as its near everything even Richmond park.

Kingston east is a haven for foodies as everything is within reach, Aldi and Matalan are also under a minute walk.

Parking is a bit difficult to come by as there isn't enough for everyone.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of Kingston east for is it feels like a community.

Living in Kingston East has been great so far, the neighbors have a strong community vibe and everyone helps each other.

New Malden is the largest South Korean community in Europe

What is the best feature of your home:

my apartment is well thought out to conserve and maximize space

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Kingston is fab, so many parks, shops & restaurants. You are a short walk from New Malden high street and a 30 min walk from Kingston. The flat itself is 5 mins from a big nature reserve and right opposite Aldi.

The walk to the station has a level crossing in the way!

What is the best feature of your home:

The layout of the flat - it’s a great use of the space, feels much bigger than the square footage.
