Everything is really good in range. Bus stop it’s just 2 min walk. Also for the grocery Waitrose is exactly in the front when you can get good quality stuff.

Please review your development:

Building is well maintained. Everything is always clean and tidy. One thing I like the most is common kitchen where we have everything we need. Having common sitting area is really good for study and work from home professionals. Also the cinema room is so cosy and comfortable to watch movies.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything we got to know before we move in by receptionist.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As per now we didn’t had any major problem. Receptionist always helped us on small issues.

A Great Social Co Living Space!

Review Date Aug 2024

Close to Waitrose, the hospital and the City centre. Only issue is parking as there is no on-site car park.

Please review your development:

Management are lovely and put on great social events for residents. The communal kitchen is a great place to meet new people and to be able to cook outside of your room. The building also has several TV’s, a pool table, gym, big courtyard and cinema.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The parking is a big issue for most residence. This isn’t spoken about beforehand

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They get fixed almost immediately. The maintenance man is really helpful

Good location, very close to all the local shops and a wide range of bars, shops and green spaces. Parking is very limited and not provided by the accommodation.

Please review your development:

Very nice building design. Modern with some character. Nice gym, study space and communal kitchen. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Gym could have a few more basic machines such as a treadmill and a wider range of weights. Cinema could be kept stocked.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How dangerous Waitrose can be on a Friday night…

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very prompt and helpful. Helped me with issues with WiFi, TV and laundry app.

The location of the gorge is perfect in comparison to Exeter, well and truly perfect. Only problem is how close Waitrose is!

Please review your development:

Living in the Gorge is superb. The staff, building itself and the other residents are truly delightful. Me and my other half have found the transition into this accommodation absolutely wonderful. Full credit goes to the staff. This place is managed very well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How close and expensive Waitrose is. RIP bank account

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not currently had any problems thus far so can’t comment
