Lovely development in Bath with helpful and friendly staff! So close to the centre and having a gym and coffee machine on site to use is such a bonus!

Apartments are modern and convenient, fully fitted kitchen and a nice amount of storage space and free Wi-FI! The staff are super friendly and helpful, shout-outs to Luke, Scott, Saffron and Tomas, who made the move-in process a breeze and helped with my issues! The space is safe and secure and a real community feeling with the events!

I wish I’d found it sooner! No other issues at all.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t had any maintenance issues, but all my move-in questions were answered promptly!

Affordable parking available which is a great bonus, short and scenic walk into Bath town centre also a bus stop right outside if you don’t feel up for walking! There is also a Lidl & M&S just round the corner, plus a maccies & costa! I can walk to the Oldfield train station which is perfect for my commute to work! Plus a pub opposite spring wharf

The site itself is amazing, the size of my flat is perfect! The gym is open 24/7 which suits my working schedule, the events this summer on the podium have been so fun, it is lovely to be able to meet all my neighbours and their pets! The team on site are so helpful and always try to resolve issues asap. Special thanks to Saffron, she was extremely helpful with the inventory.

Parking is free for visitors! so helpful when my friends and family visit, also I didn’t realise how much there was to do activity wise around here! Marys walk is a lovely spot

Any issues I have raised they responded to almost instantly! If there is a delay or parts needed to repair they always keep me in the loop which is fantastic.

The buildings are in a perfect area with easy access to the city centre. There is a lidl supermarket within a 5 minute walk and buses every 10 minutes.

Please review your development:

The apartments have a modern design with triple glazed windows keeping the apartment warm year round. The on-site team are super friendly and always there to help. A central mail delivery centre makes receiving parcels easy and quick. The 24 hour free onsite gym is small but has everything you need for cardio and light weights.

The community nights that involve an activity such as bingo or a pub quiz with cash rewards are so much fun

Always replied to emails swiftly and competent with arranging a parking space or pets

Great amount of facilities in the local vicinity including shops, train station and bus stops. Great location within Bath.

Please review your development:

A clean design which allows for your personal touch with large bin stores, a private terrace with seating, allotment and a gym. Some maintenance is needed but they can be quick to help out if something is wrong. Staff always on site and a helpful parcel store!

Make sure to explore the local area not too far away!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

An online ticket system is quick and easy to use for reporting issues. They respond and help where they can, given a time that meets your needs.
