Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great access to busses, station, public parks, sea front, shops, pubs and cafesParking availability is not great for visitors - 2hour limit on street. Traffic noise is expected however quiet with closed doors/windows.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The issue I raised regarding a towel rail not working was fixed quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish parking for visitors was an option, or some kind of permit style thing - eg 25 permits per household to use the underground car park.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at York & Elder means I don't always have to drive as local transport links so close by makes everywhere accessible! I don't hear much traffic noise from my apartment but in the summer you do get a bit more noise from local pubs Bin collections have sometimes been delayed but the staff here try to manage this the best they can.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues have been dealt with and communicated well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about BTR properties earlier as it has really helped with the long term security for me.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location and surroundings with plenty of things to do in a short walking distance or via the buses one street over. There is a minimal amount of sound you can hear from the street even with the windows open

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management have always responded within 1-2 hours and Adam in maintenance always does great work

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish i could have known about the lack of parking permits

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Convenient location except for parking which is unfortunately decided by the Council. Other than this it is close to the shops and train station. The property itself is great and the development slightly better than the sister property at Hove.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Adam and Yannis have been super helpful in resolving issues and the front desk support has been exceptional with Anat, Maxine and Bea.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

None. Everything was explained upfront so there were no surprises.

Lovely but with problems

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is good, with the main roads loud but not too bad, regular bin collection though as you'd imagine it piles up daily. Really good location close to bus links and of course the train station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most of the time. Have been slow on a couple of instances when a quicker response would have meant the issue was smaller. They have been happy to discuss when concerns are raised some of the time, which is appreciated.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Be prepared for a bit of back and forth with management for requests/concerns.
