Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful

Mustard Wharf at Tower Works, LS1

Jul 2024

Modern apartment with the industrial red bricks and graffiti design. Maintenance can usually be arranged within few working days. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Jadine deserves a compliment from how she reacted to my emergency in a late evening (my cat went missing!) and showed her caring by checking up the floor & escalating quickly for us.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Mustard wharf locates at a central of the city centre. Really convenient and easy access to nearby shops like cafe & groceries. Parkings are quite limited & if more restaurants moving in would be perfect.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, issues can be reported by emailing hello@mustardwharf or direct call.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Limited parkings. Long waiting queue to get one available.

Great place!

New Acres Wandsworth, SW18

Jul 2024

Love the design, nice interior and great facilities (although was sold that they would be much more exclusive than they are I.e. only available to 3 buildings not the whole development of 10+). Staff in the building very friendly and helpful all of the time

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: Transport links, pubs, nice walk down the Thames Bad: None to mention, Wandsworth is a great place

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always prompt to respond to maintenance requests when raised

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Mentioned previously but we were missold on how many people will use the facilities - would have been nice to have known before but probably wouldn’t have put us off really as facilities are excellent quality

Manager response

Hi Joel, Thank you for your positive review and great to hear how you have found the team to be friendly and quick to respond to your maintenance requests. We apologise if you weren't made aware of the number of buildings accessing the facilities during your viewing. For reassurance, the developers take into account the number of residents alongside the likely resident usage for the amenity spaces provided. Really glad you have been able to make good use of these whilst living at New Acres. Please do continue to reach out to the team for anything you might need assistance with. Kind regards, The New Acres Team

I’ve been staying for nearly 12 months, and the experience has been great. I’ve made friends with tenants and of course the incredible team at FOLK. They make the experience all the more pleasant!

It’s a really nice building, which is maintained well and has good facilities. Theres not too many people, which is great for a social doormat like me. The piano can occasionally be a bit of a pain in the butt during working hours, however not a biggy!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A little dangerous at night (my car was broken into) otherwise a wicked area. Nice cafes and restaurants

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, within one day of contacting, my sink was fixed

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The freezer space is understandably a little on the small side!

Living on another level

Aryan K (Tenant)

The Residences Manchester, M15

Jul 2024

Beautiful design, modern, well laid out, good attention to detail, I especially love the living rooms downstairs that can be booked out. Gym is excellent, pool looks first class. I would like to give a special mention to Luna who showed me round before I decided to rent, and handled my initial induction. Luna has been kind, attentive and knowledgable and made me feel comfortable and welcome. She is a great face to the company.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local shop is excellent, has everything I need. GREAT coffee from Sipp. The terrace is great, I would recommend adding a bar for evenings/weekends or using the space for events if this isn’t already happening as it’s a good environment for this

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - I would like to give a special mention to Alain, night concierge who called me back after I tried to get through to west tower and there was no answer. He solved my internet problem out very quickly, I can tell that he was really interested in solving my problem. I would recommend either promoting this man or giving him a raise. He is an exceptional part of your team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The move is more or less as I expected, the o LH thing I may add is notifying me earlier that the gym requires an induction and offering the induction before or on the move in date so that access is granted immediately - helps the transition

Very modern and sleak design, always a great reaction from guests coming into the lobby. Shared facilities always clean and up to date with problems fixed quickly. Great team who are super friendly especially Nicco and Lily-belle that have nice chats with all of the residents.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Large shopping areas nearby, Loads of charity shops too. Some anti-social behaviour from people on bikes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are always very quick to resolve any issues and always nice about it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Transport routes are mostly good but being more aware of quickest ways to reach more central london.
