I've had a great experience living in West Tower. The building is well-maintained, and the amenities are fantastic. The staff is friendly and professional, especially Christos, the night concierge. He always greets residents with a smile and is incredibly helpful, making the place feel welcoming and secure.

The range and quality of local shops, restaurants, and bars are impressive. Transport links are very convenient!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management has responded to all of my issues so far.

One thing I wish I had known before moving into West Tower is the level of activity in the surrounding area during weekends.

Beautiful design, modern, well laid out, good attention to detail, I especially love the living rooms downstairs that can be booked out. Gym is excellent, pool looks first class. I would like to give a special mention to Luna who showed me round before I decided to rent, and handled my initial induction. Luna has been kind, attentive and knowledgable and made me feel comfortable and welcome. She is a great face to the company.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local shop is excellent, has everything I need. GREAT coffee from Sipp. The terrace is great, I would recommend adding a bar for evenings/weekends or using the space for events if this isn’t already happening as it’s a good environment for this

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - I would like to give a special mention to Alain, night concierge who called me back after I tried to get through to west tower and there was no answer. He solved my internet problem out very quickly, I can tell that he was really interested in solving my problem. I would recommend either promoting this man or giving him a raise. He is an exceptional part of your team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The move is more or less as I expected, the o LH thing I may add is notifying me earlier that the gym requires an induction and offering the induction before or on the move in date so that access is granted immediately - helps the transition

Nice and modern skyscraper at the heart of Deansgate. Excellent facilites including gym, spa, swimming pool, several bookable suites. Residences propery managment Luna and Lydia are very professional, respond promptly and are good communicators. Highly recommended.

Very good and central location with convenient good public transport connections. Parking is under the sky scraper.

Very effectively and promptly. No concerns with that.

The design of the development has been finished to a very high standard, not only within the flat but also the communal areas of the development such as work spaces, gym, reception etc. The facilities are excellent - the gym space and pool is much larger than those of other developments, and these are clearly maintained well. Building management have been excellent particularly through our move in process. Both Lydia and Luna responded to any queries we had promptly and with advice that we really valued. They were both friendly and always happy to help us.

Lots of shops around, and central location so very easy access into Manchester City centre. Transport links are ideal also with both tram stops and train stations within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Lydia and Luna have both responded to any queries we have had about the building promptly and clearly. They helped to make our move in process very smooth and I really appreciated that they would call us to chat through any questions we emailed with which allowed us to move forward with the process more seamlessly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We thought it was good that we were able to go on the waitlist for a car parking space as soon as we put our desired flat on hold. Because this was a few months in advance of our move in date it meant that we had a confirmed parking space as soon as we moved in.

The apartments are well-appointed with quality finishes, though noise insulation could be improved. Common areas are well-maintained, enhancing community living. Overall, a desirable place to live in central Manchester.

Living in the Deansgate area offers a vibrant mix of amenities. The range of shops caters to everyday needs with several grocery stores and boutique shops nearby. Restaurants and bars are abundant, providing diverse dining options, though noise levels can be high on weekends. Open spaces like nearby parks offer green respite, perfect for relaxation. Transport links are excellent with easy access to buses and trains, though congestion can occasionally be an issue. Parking availability is a challenge, and occasional antisocial behavior can detract from the otherwise pleasant environment.

The building management has been prompt and effective in addressing any issues we've raised.
